Pointers for Starting a Podcast

Podcasting is reaching new levels with Apple now reporting that they have over 1 Million Podcast shows!  Spotify is running a hot second and have taken the number one slot of most shows in California, home of Apple. So if have been thinking about starting a podcast, this is the time – time to share your voice and share your vision. However, before you jump head in, there are a few steps that you need to take before launching your podcast show:

  • Choose Your Topic
  • Choose Your Audience
  • Select Your Format
  • Choose your equipment
  • Design Your Artwork
  • Schedule your shows and guests
  • Promote Your Show on social media and on your website/blog – both pre-launch and post-launch and definitely after each episode and throughout the month.
