Does it seem as though we are constantly anxious or are on a high anxiety alert? Whether it’s the negativity coming from the nightly news, people at work, the rising cost of food, nonsense in the newspapers, and social media mayhem, we are surrounded by non-stop endless negative energy.

This constant exposure to social media affects us all in one way or another. Concerns about the negative impacts of social media may have dominated public debate however, recent studies show that there are clear health benefits to being online and connected.

Tonight we discussed how connecting with other women online can enhance and improve our health both mentally and physically.
