A Call To Action or CTA is when you ask or tell people to do something in particular after listening to your podcast or reading a blog post.

We all have been asked or told to do something since birth so it should come naturally and not feel like an inconvenience to your readers or listeners.

The ultimate goal is to to encourage your audience to take a specific action that will help generate the kinds of results you’re looking for so make sure to make it a good CTA.

What is Your CTA?

On this YouTube Episode #59, I talked about the three types of calls to action: Next Step” “Mid-Conversation” and “Grassroots” CTAs.

After you have finished watching this episode make sure to subscribe to the channel if you haven’t done so already then share it with your circle of family, friends and followers.

Then come back and check out some of the blog posts featured here on this week’s Traffic Jam Weekend Linky Party.

These are the featured posts from Traffic Jam Weekend #240…

Michelle chose HEAT WAVE-THROWBACK TUESDAY #4 from Nancy’s Fashion Style. “Nancy was brave enough to share some candid shots of her life, which includes the wheelchair and oxygen she must use at times. Many of us have issues with which we must contend on a daily basis. Nancy sets a good example in that she doesn’t allow her health condition to define her, but neither does she pretend it doesn’t exist. I admire that.”     Sonni chose 30-Day Self-Care Challenge + Free Printables from Keeping It Real. “Challenge accepted! I’ll [do it] in August :-)” Deja also chose this post. “Mental health has been extremely important to me recently. This is a great start to developing healthier mental habits.”     Kimberly chose Homemade Butter from Homegrown Adventures. “Hubby has a knack for making homemade butter so I am going to use the tips in this post to show off some of my skills!”     Laurie chose Summer Bucket List {2020} from Curly Crafty Mom. “I enjoyed the summer bucket list post because it inspired me to make my own and snap me out of this funk. There were some fun sounding ideas on there and I can’t wait to have my teens work on their list with me for us to do as a family.”     Tracy chose OOZY & CHEESY BACON RO*TEL APPETIZER CUPS FOR HOLIDAY GATHERINGS from Curly Crafty Mom. “I love making pickies like this for family movie night. This is something my family will enjoy!”

The post with the most views was INDEPENDENCE DAY WITH A ROCK RENDITION OF “THE STAR-SPANGLED BANNER” from Grammy’s Grid.
