  1. Sold out in three weeks! That’s amazing!

But, I loved the discussion about writing. I have been reading a book on writing, off and on since the summer. I’m sure I’ll never be a perfect writer or the most riveting read. But, I do want to be an effective one for whatever reason I post or write. I never thought about how we all write on a daily basis given the number of texts, emails, and social media posts we send or upload. I also never thought about how the restrictions placed on the length of text in our social media interactions can make us lazy readers. Still, as much as we all do it, it’s really interesting how far writing has fallen on the list of things to know how to do anymore. I have such a difficult time even reading long-form posts online because the writer never bothered to consider readability.

    1. Yes, isn’t that amazing. I need to get the book out of my head an onto paper. I do understand about long form reading because social media has got us trained to spend more time scrolling and less time reading, which is something I need to do a better job of, including reading and writing longer on blogs.
