After a lot of thought (and, okay, a milestone birthday that’s had me reevaluating a few things this month), I’m changing up the format of Boomers and Beyond — and I’m genuinely excited about it.
Starting in October, the show is bringing on featured guests, and it has a standing weekly time you can actually put on your calendar: Wednesdays at 6 PM.
What’s changing
- The show will be moving from Saturday at 10 am to Wednesday at 6 PM.
- Featured guests join the conversation. Real people over 55 with real stories — not just me talking into a mic. If you know someone whose story deserves airtime, send them my way.
- A time you can count on. No more guessing when the next episode lands. Wednesday, 6 PM, every week, starting in October.

Why now
Turning 65 this month has a way of making you look hard at what’s working and what could be better, and honestly, the show was overdue for this change and some of you may remember that is how I started in 2017. This new format means real conversations with guests instead of a monologue, and a set weekly time means you don’t have to hunt for new episodes — you just show up.
What’s still in the works
New cover art and a new episode thumbnail are in progress right now, so expect a fresh look to go along with the fresh format. I’ll share those the moment they’re ready — for now, consider this your official heads-up to clear your Wednesday evenings starting in October.

How to make sure you don’t miss it
- Follow the show now on Buzzsprout (boomersandbeyond.buzzsprout.com) so it’s already in your feed when the first live episode drops.
- Subscribe on YouTube for the video side of the shows.
- Know a great guest? Reach out and tell me their story — I’m actively booking guests for the new format.
Same show, same honest conversations about life after 55 — just with guests, and on a schedule you can actually remember.
