If you’re thinking about starting a podcast, you’ve probably asked yourself this question: What is the purpose of my podcast? It’s definitely a great question to ask yourself before you get started.

Jumping in on a popular social site isn’t for everyone, but if you have decided to expand your brand with a podcast, then think about the purpose of your podcast.

The purpose of your podcast is the foundation of your show. It’s the reason why you’re doing it and what you want to accomplish. It’s the driving force behind your show and it’s what will keep you motivated and focused.

Your podcast’s purpose can be anything from entertaining your audience to educating them on a particular topic. It can be to build a community or to promote a product or service. It can even be to simply have fun and express yourself.

No matter what your purpose is, it’s important to have a clear understanding of it before you start. This will help you stay focused and on track. It will also help you create content that is relevant and engaging and keep you from fading away after the 7th episode.

When you’re creating content for your podcast, it’s important to keep your purpose in mind. Ask yourself: Does this content fit with my purpose? Is it helping me achieve my goal?

Your podcast’s purpose should also be reflected in your branding. Your branding should be consistent with your purpose and should help you stand out from the crowd.

Finally, it’s important to remember that your podcast’s purpose can evolve over time. As you grow and learn, your purpose may change. That’s okay! Just make sure to keep it in mind and adjust your content and branding accordingly.

So, if you’re thinking about starting a podcast, take some time to think about your purpose. It’s the foundation of your show and it will help you stay focused and motivated.
