Yay, it’s Friday but we will not be ordering in nor heading out to eat, instead we are having Chicken & Broccoli Bake for dinner.
Ingredients
1 – package Frozen Chicken Tenderloins – Skinless and Boneless
1 – package Frozen Broccoli Bites
1 – Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 – Can of Water
Thyme Seasoning
Crushed Rosemary
2 – Cups Cooked Brown Rice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer a large glass baking dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and coat evenly with Cooking Spray. Open and pour can of Cream of Mushroom Soup into a measuring cup, add a can of water then mix thoroughly.
Place frozen chicken tenderloins on the bottom of dish, top with frozen broccoli bites then pour on soup mixture and sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover with a sheet of foil and place in preheated oven to cook for 60 minutes.
Remove foil and leave in oven for an additional 30 minutes until cooked thoroughly. Prepare rice according to instructions.
Remove chicken and broccoli from the oven, stir slightly to mix all ingredients and spoon serve over cooked rice.
