Day of Service 2017 – Inaugural Activities for Matt Meyer

Our Daily Bread Dining Room of MOT, Inc.

Two weeks ago I attended a Day of Service Event as part of the 2017 Inaugural Activities for the New Castle County Executive Matt Meyers.  On a rainy first Monday of the new year, from noon until 2:00 p.m., Matt, his staff and several local volunteers from the community were out helping to serve lunch donated by Pat’s Pizza at Our Daily Bread Dining Room of MOT, Inc.

Besty Cave is the President and Volunteer of Our Daily Bread Dining Room of MOT, Inc., and she was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility for this blog post.
