Courses are provided weekly and we have a rotating schedule that ensures that you will not miss a class. Our courses officially last for 30 minutes, however, trainers may stay longer to accommodate individuals that have additional questions. |
Currently, courses are every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm, however those days are subject to change at any time.
