Get Naked & Go Natural with African Black Soaps and Body Washes

You may recall this previous blog post that I wrote about the benefits of African Black Soaps. If not, please click to read it again because I’ve since purchased additional brands that I want to share with you here today.

In case you missed the African Black Soaps and Body Washes Live Stream or YouTube video from last Saturday, you can watch it below.

These are just three types of African Soaps that hubby purchased from Hasan Abdul-Azziz, owner of Unique Thangs, a Natural Skin Care Products vendor and a brother of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.

Shea Butter Soap – Raspberry Fantasy Soap

This brand of African Shea Butter is made from the nut of the African Shea Tree. It contains a rich amount of unremovable fatty acid which renders it far superior to Cocoa butter and other natural vegetable butters.

This fatty acid is crucial to rejuvenating and moisturizing the skin. Shea Butter provides all the essential vitamins needed to make skin look and feel smoother, softer and most importantly healthier. It’s therapeutic properties protect the skin from wind, cold, sun and it helps heal wounds faster.

Shea Butter stimulate cellular activity, fights the effects of aging and repairs rough damaged skin and it smells wonderful!

African Mango Butter Soap

African Mango Butter with Egyptian Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Lemongrass.

Shea Butter provides the essential vitamins needed to make skin look and feel smoother, softer and most importantly healthier. It stimulates cellular activity, fight the effects of aging and repairs rough damage skin.

All these soaps are Halal which means lawful, and halal food are food items and drinks prepared under strict Muslim dietary laws.

Halal (lawful) animals, like chicken, sheep, cattle, must be slaughtered by Muslims because a short prayer is said when they are being slaughtered. Also, these animals are slaughtered with very sharp knives and in such a way as to effect (1) quick death and (2) thorough drainage of blood. Aquatic animals like fish need not be slaughtered because (1) they die quickly when they leave water and (2) they do not have much blood as birds and land animals.

African Black Soap

This African Black Soap is made Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Vitamin E and Almond, 100% vegetable base.

Shea Butter Soap is also extremely good to remove dark spots from your face and your body and it lasts longer than regular bar soap so it makes the cost comparable to other brands

There’s another good reason for using all natural soaps and body washes because they lack the cancer causing carcinogens that can be found in many other brands including Dove; see the link below for more information.

If you prefer liquid to bar soap you can also try the Alaffia Authentic African Black Soap which is made from a centuries old recipe of hand crafted shea butter and West African Palm oil.

I love that this brand gives back with a portion of the proceeds for tree restoration, school supplies, bicycles for education, maternal care, eyeglasses and school construction.

Alaffia Authentic African Black Soap contains Shea Butter and Lemongrass and Tangerine Citrus. It is All-in-One for all skin types; can be used as a body wash, face cleanser, hand soap and shaving.

This soap is high in Vitamins A&E and Beta Carotene is anti-inflammatory and would soothe chapped and uncomfortable skin. There is no animal testing and it contains no artificial colors.
