Hello friends, and welcome to another Thankful Thursday, where I am not only featuring one of the interviews from the DelBlogger Podcast, but also this is an invitation to join us at the Traffic Jam Weekend Linky Party created by “Being a Wordsmith” and featuring Co-Hosts including myself.

Traffic Jam Weekend Linky Party

In honor of Father’s Day Sunday, I am featuring the interview with author Larry Davis, who has written a new cookbook entitled, Cookbook for the Single Dad, The Dating Dad, and the Single Man

The challenges that most single dads face in today’s society is spending quality time with their children. The Cookbook for the Single Dad is a fun way for the single dad to find time to fit meal prep into a busy day while spending quality time with his child or children. The cookbook will also help the Dating Dad prepare a well-thought-out meal for that special someone in their life.

The book will make a great Father’s Day Gift or you can just buy it for yourself. Let’s face it: in today’s economy, eating out is not always in the best interest of our budget or our health. The recipes contained in this book will help dads stretch their budget, save them time in the kitchen, impress their special someone, and give them a little more time to spend with their children.
