Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles

When snow is in the forecast and football is on the tube, it’s time for to pull out the Crock Pot and do a little slow cooking.

Last Sunday it was Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles


  • 1 bag of frozen boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1 container of Chicken Broth
  • 1 jar of Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning (optional)
  • 8 oz. Egg Noodles, uncooked
Ingredients for Slow Cooked Chicken and Noodles


  1. Place the chicken tenderloins in the bottom of the slow cooker
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and Alfredo Sauce
  3. Sprinkle in seasoning
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or high for 3-4 hours
  5. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred with two forks
  6. Return the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker add the dry egg noodles and stir. Continue cooking for 30-45 minutes, until noodles are tender
