Now that Daylight Saving Time has ended our bodies may be going through some changes as it adjusts to less daylight hours. However, there are some things that you can do naturally to get a better night’s sleep which was recently discussed on my podcast with guest Donata Mooring.
Donata Mooring, is a fellow podcaster on EC Podcast Media and hosts the Rest Leads to Revenue show. After visiting several doctors and being misdiagnosed with Lupus and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Donata knew she needed to try something different to address feeling sick, tired and fatigued.
She has a passion for showing entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals how to respect sleep and is a Certified Sleep Science Coach and Certified Holistic Life Coach and we are both big fans of Dr. Teal’s products!
Donata is recently retired however, she works part time and soon will be moving to Georgia. Donata provides tips on getting a good night’s sleep using the 3-C’s = Change, Commitment, Courage and she will be conducting a “Bedroom Spa Challenge” in January, so check out this episode to learn more.
