Interview with Meechach

Hornet Love and Hornet Pride is Bringing the Family Back to Delaware State University

Wow, this blog post couldn’t have come at a better time as Delaware Statue University, my alma mater is celebrating their 130th Year, recently celebrated Homecoming 2021 and DSU Day was yesterday!!!

There is so much Hornet Pride in the state right now that this interview with fellow alum Meeshah Stennett recorded back in October was made even more special.

Meeshach -aka- RadioShach is a native New Yorker from the “Boogie Down Bronx” and is also the Founder and Chief Brand Strategist at Minds Brand Management.   He graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting but after 20 years in Corporate America, Meeshach decided to form his own Digital Marketing company.

Minds Branding provides businesses with the solutions to build or sustain success by adapting their digital marketing strategies to consumer habits.

During the interview, Meeshach talked about his upbringing in a West Indian family living in the Bronx in the 80’s and 90’s as well as the feeling he had moving his daughter into the dorm at Delaware State University which overlooked the spot where he first met his girlfriend, now wife of 23 years!

Meeshach loved attending Delaware State College and wanted to share his love for entertainment and in creating DSU Legacy League he is helping to bridge the gap between alumni with children attending DSU. He definitely created a wonderful experience for everyone during his annual Tailgate Party at Homecoming.
