For 15+ years, Shawna has worked with Fortune 500 and Big 5 Universities like Microsoft, Georgia State and Rutgers University developing their training programs.  Seven years ago, she switched gears and transitioned from Corporate America to helping new and emerging entrepreneurs speak with confidence and increase cash flow. 

Having acquired a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, Shawna also holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Howard University, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, Toastmasters International and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
