Sponsorships are a great way to monetize your podcast by getting paid to promote a product, brand or service. Statistically speaking, nearly two-thirds of podcast listeners act based on ads they heard, whether they make a purchase or simply search for information based on the recommendation.
So, when the time comes and you are ready to seek out sponsors for your podcast shows, there are a just a few steps that you need to take.
The first step should always be to consider your niche and your audience. The most important part of sponsorship is finding sponsors that fit your niche or topic and/or solve a pain point for your listeners.
