
Can you believe that we are speeding towards a New Year? 2018 is right around the corner and many have already started thinking about what they want to accomplish in the new year whether it’s eating cleaner, saving more or getting their bodies back into shape by adding more movement into their daily routines.
Research has linked sitting for long periods of time with a number of health concerns, including obesity and metabolic syndrome other conditions includes increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist and abnormal cholesterol levels. Too much sitting also seems to increase the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer.
Sitting has been termed the new smoking so we need to take action now to keep our bodies and bottoms healthy.
