Helping One More Entrepreneur -aka- H.O.M.E. is the place to be if you are just starting a business or are growing one and need back office support or a location to meet and greet clients, network and of course record or start a podcast.
Last week, I had an opportunity to interview Joe Richichi, CEO and President of H.O.M.E. and not only did I learn more about the services and offerings there, I also learned a valuable life lesson – “you are never too old to begin again!” He talked about he built a family business from the ground up.
Helping One More Entrepreneur was created after Joe lost his job at the age of 56, he became depressed, however, he didn’t stay depressed for long as he not only started one business, he started four, H.O.M.E. being just one of them.
Joe, was previously in the Health Care industry in the state of Delaware before he pivoted to helping entrepreneurs with services such as office and conference room space, records retention/storage, bookkeeping services, podcasting studio, email marketing, social media marketing and website design as well as an Educational Series under The Society.
Joe, is a father of 3, who believes and lives by the Golden Rule, “Do under others as you wish it to be done to you” and his legacy is going to be one of giving back.

So inspiring. I know a family member who could use this. I’ll forward along. Thank you.
Thank you, Joe is definitely an inspiration to use boomers and beyond!
What a great space. If only I had such a resource back in 2005 when I started my business. Congratulations on being part of such an awesome space,
Yes, I too wished it were there when I first started my business in 2015 and still lived in Middletown, but it’s worth the drive time now! Hope all is well on your side of the world.
