A few weeks ago, I along with fellow New Castle County Chamber members had an opportunity to attend a Networking event on the Riverboat Queen, however, due to the questionable weather conditions we stayed docked.
The crew was courteous, the food was delicious, and the restroom was clean and large enough to turn around in (lol), unlike on many airplanes. I am looking forward to Friday, August 10th, as the Riverboat Queen sets sail for a Paint & Sip Cruise.
Hurry and book now, as you don’t want to miss out on this special opportunity to enjoy a sunset cruise while painting and sipping. Each guest will be painting a Nautical Wood Plank.
Registration includes the sunset cruise, painting instruction and supplies as well as two glasses of wine, (soft drink for those under 21) and a fruit and cheese box.
Cruises board on the public docks which are located behind Joe’s Crab Shack and Iron Hill Brewery. Boarding the Riverboat Queen will begin at 6:15 pm and the Sunset Cruise is from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, the cost is $50/person.

This cruise looks like the one I was on in Savannah, Georgia a couple of years ago. It was fun sailing and checking out Old Savannah.
Yes, it reminded me of the cruises we took as kids.
