Water Water Everywhere But Which One Do You Drink?

Water Water is Everywhere But Which One Do You Drink?

I’ve never been one to drink a lot of water mainly because my bladder is too small and I can’t keep it in for more than an hour. Thinking back a few months I would drink a 6-pack of beer and never had to pee once, I was like a Camel!

However, I do remember that as a young child my grandmother had to write a note to the teachers because they thought I was trying get out of class because I had to use the restroom so often.

Plain water was never my #1 choice of beverage and it didn’t matter if I added lemon or cucumbers slices or even fresh mint leaves to make it taste better there was nothing that made me want to drink it.

However since my diagnosis with Type 2 Diabetes I have found that not only do I need to drink more water but that I now actually enjoy drinking it. The ironic thing about my diagnosis is that I lacked the symptom of excessive thirst or perhaps I was just masking it because I had never drank much water anyway.

Drinking plenty of water on a daily basis is vital to our health. Water carries nutrients to cells, helps with digestion, flushes out toxins, helps prevent headache and fatigue, and can even aid in weight loss or maintenance. Our bodies are up to 75% water, and staying well-hydrated is critical to our optimum health and survival.

  1. I drink Le Bleu water. Its’ steamed distilled and oxygenated with ozone and it just has that pure clean taste, no after taste at all I love it. Even if it sit’s around it’s doesn’t have that smell around the mouth of the bottle. Sometimes I like a little fizz to keep me from drinking soda so much then I opt for the SYFO ORIGINAL SELTZER, but I do want to try the Perrier Watermelon flavor, I think my Target may carry it , I haven’t found that flavor anywhere else.

    1. Yes, if you are going to drink water make sure there’s not smell or after taste. I still think about the residents in Flint who had been drinking contaminated water for years!

I wanted to try the Perrier Watermelon as well and if I do, I’ll let you know how it tastes.

Thanks for stopping by and making a comment.
