I’ve never been one to drink a lot of water mainly because my bladder is too small and I can’t keep it in for more than an hour. Thinking back a few months I would drink a 6-pack of beer and never had to pee once, I was like a Camel!
However, I do remember that as a young child my grandmother had to write a note to the teachers because they thought I was trying get out of class because I had to use the restroom so often.
Plain water was never my #1 choice of beverage and it didn’t matter if I added lemon or cucumbers slices or even fresh mint leaves to make it taste better there was nothing that made me want to drink it.
However since my diagnosis with Type 2 Diabetes I have found that not only do I need to drink more water but that I now actually enjoy drinking it. The ironic thing about my diagnosis is that I lacked the symptom of excessive thirst or perhaps I was just masking it because I had never drank much water anyway.

Now the problem is that there is water water everywhere and I am not sure which brand to drink because I can’t decide which one is best for us.
Water is packaged in various colors, different sized and shaped bottles – there are just too many choices and where is all these varieties of water actually coming from?
There is water in bottles, cans and even in cartons.
There are Sparkling waters with no-sugar or vitamin-added water and of course just plain water in a jug!
There is water water everywhere, but which one do I drink?
Yesterday at the Small Business Connections Networking meeting, Tim Visser, co-owner of Kangen Water in Middletown, stated that the best water to drink for the most energy is any water that is alkanized or hydrogenated and as you can see Tim has a lot of energy, so I am sold!

I drink Le Bleu water. Its’ steamed distilled and oxygenated with ozone and it just has that pure clean taste, no after taste at all I love it. Even if it sit’s around it’s doesn’t have that smell around the mouth of the bottle. Sometimes I like a little fizz to keep me from drinking soda so much then I opt for the SYFO ORIGINAL SELTZER, but I do want to try the Perrier Watermelon flavor, I think my Target may carry it , I haven’t found that flavor anywhere else.
Yes, if you are going to drink water make sure there’s not smell or after taste. I still think about the residents in Flint who had been drinking contaminated water for years!
I wanted to try the Perrier Watermelon as well and if I do, I’ll let you know how it tastes.
Thanks for stopping by and making a comment.
