Power of Podcasting Webinar

Last Tuesday I conducted an online Podcast Training Webinar from my virtual office at the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. However, prior to the event, my friend, and fellow business owner, Tanya Williamson and I decided to stop by Drop Squad Kitchen for lunch. A quasi lunch and learn at Drop Squad Kitchen.

Not only did we have a delicious salad that nourished our body, we were blessed to have met the owner Abundance Child. Abundance Child also attended the webinar and then we all connected on a deeper level by sharing life lessons afterwards nourishing and feeding our souls.

If you haven’t had an opportunity to visit Drop Squad Kitchen, then let me suggest that you do so the next time you are at the Riverfront or anytime that you are in Wilmington.

Not only is the food delicious with many vegan and vegetarian options, the atmosphere is amazing. Just take a look at a few of these pictures and tell me if they don’t send your brain into overdrive with memories and nostalgia.

  1. I have lived in DE practically all my life and there are still so many places I haven’t ever heard of before! Drop Squad Kitchen is one. I was at the Riverfront about a month ago. Next time I go, I’ll make sure to visit them.

  2. sounds like you had tons of fun at the drop squad kitchen. Eating right is on my agenda starting now in my quest to lose weight and get back in shape. Keep those food blogs coming and keep up the good work with your blogging also. 🙂

    1. Yes, well if you are looking to eat more healthy without sacrificing taste, then you need to make a stop at Drop Squad Kitchen, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you for sharing and supporting – have a wonderful weekend!
